YOUR ROLE:
The Director of e-Commerce and Sales will lead a small team and will report to the CEO or his designate. He or she will be responsible to help drive traffic through the various channels and convert the leads to customers.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Help design and operate digital systems that support an integrated approach to deliver targeted, meaningful customer experiences that drive sales and profitability.

Director of E-Commerce & Sales

 

Business Analyst

YOUR ROLE:
The Business Analyst will participate on project development teams, working closely with many business areas and users, and will report to the Director of Platform Services. He or she will be responsible for ensuring that the right product delivered within the project parameters.

  • Be the voice of the users. You represent user groups’ interests while remaining detached enough to prioritize their competing needs. You understand requirements so deeply that you can deliver what they need even when they don’t know to ask for it.
  • Be the product expert. Your SME understanding of the product makes you equally comfortable describing high-level process flows and providing step-by-step training.
  • Be the eyes for the business. You translate your product expertise, providing visibility, insights, and opportunities to aid senior team member decision making.
  • Be where the buck stops. You take responsibility for the functionality, including identifying risks and opportunities and offering appropriate strategies.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders through requirements gathering sessions, workshops and other techniques to acquire a thorough understanding of detailed requirements and underlying needs.
  • Assist in project planning and execution by identifying the project scope and breaking it down into key business capabilities/functionalities for development efforts.
  • Construct, update and own business requirements documents, and business process flows, capturing functional, non-functional and technical requirements for the solutions.
  • Become the SME point of contact for both the development team and related projects.
  • Manage communication through feedback loops and Participating in testing, validation, and demos. Ensure work acceptance, and that emergent requirements are leveraged.
  • Aid senior team-member and organization-wide understanding of the product by participating in the creation, maintenance and presentation of KPIs and Reports.

Human Resources Manager

LOCATION: Preference for the position to be based in Montreal.

YOUR ROLE:

The Human Resources Manager will report to the Chief of Staff or his designate. He or she will be responsible to help identify human resources needs, recruit talent, be a brand ambassador for the company.

The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible or ask to assist in all aspects of the Human Resources processes, such as compensations, benefits managements, vacation tracking, career development planning and performance management for employees in Canada, the United States and internationally.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
  • Legal and regulatory compliance regarding employees

  • CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) designation is an asset
  • Experience in leading HR programs and projects, including change management responsibilities
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Canadian Employment Legislation; coaching and counselling; dispute resolution and facilitation skills; principles of change management
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team that provides overall company leadership and direction
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Word, Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems

ROLE-SPECIFIC KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
