REQUIREMENTS:

    Experience in building test plans and strategies
    Experience in working with contractor team and acting as point of contact to ensure proper test practice

ItaliaPass Lounge Agents should be at least 21 years old and have immaculate personal presentation. A high school education and fluency in English is essential and spoken Italian language is preferred. Customer service experience and either food and beverage or hospitality experience are a plus.

DUTIES:

    Meet and greet all guests to the VIP Lounge
    Tend to Lounge guests and provide excellent service
    Keep a stylish, quite and relaxing environment for guests
    Providing a tailored service when needed
    Field questions about trains and train reservations
    Provide tourist information related to Italy and Rome
    Assist with guest luggage
    Field guest complaints and feedback
    Assist with train bookings and changes
    Aid with taxi, tours and hotel bookings
    Provide assistance with Lounge events
    Translate information from Italian to English
    Manage and upload product information to databa
